The Inbox is your personal command center in Revo. It brings together all the issues, tasks, and assignments that require your attention into a single, organized view. Instead of jumping across multiple projects or tools, you can open your Inbox and instantly see what needs to be done.

Why the Inbox is useful

  • Stay focused: Only the work assigned to you is displayed, so you know exactly where to spend your time.

  • Never miss a task: Whenever Revo or one of your teammates assigns an issue, it will automatically appear in your Inbox.

  • Centralized visibility: Track tasks, due dates, and priorities without having to search across different projects.

  • Integrated with workflows: The Inbox connects with Revo’s automation, meaning issues from meetings, user feedback, or workflows also show up here when assigned to you.

How to use the Inbox effectively

  1. Open the Inbox: Navigate to the left sidebar and click on Inbox.

  2. Review new assignments: New issues will be listed at the top.

  3. Take action quickly: Open an issue to see full details, add comments, or update status.

  4. Stay updated: Use labels and statuses to categorize and track progress over time.

Example Use Cases

  • After a meeting, action items are automatically converted into issues and assigned to the right people. Those tasks will immediately show up in their Inboxes.

  • When a teammate delegates a bug fix or feature request, you’ll see it in your Inbox with all context attached.

  • Revo can proactively create issues from user feedback clusters. Those issues will also be visible here.

With the Inbox, you don’t just see what’s pending, you get a clear, actionable list of work that keeps you and your team aligned.
