Intercom
Connect Revo to Intercom to centralize customer feedback from support conversations. This integration automatically imports feedback into Revo's user feedback system, helping you identify patterns and priorities.
How to connect:
Click on your team name at the top of the left-hand side menu
Select team settings in the dropdown menu
Go to connectors, located in the left sidebar
Go to the Intercom card and click on the connect button and follow the on-screen instructions
All your feedback will appear under the user feedback tab
How to disconnect:
Click on your team name at the top of the left-hand side menu
Select team settings in the dropdown menu
Go to connectors, located in the left sidebar
Go to the Intercom card and click on the disconnect button and follow the on-screen instructions
