Zendesk

Link Revo to Zendesk to gather support tickets and customer feedback in one place. This connector helps translate customer support issues into actionable product insights.

How to connect:

  1. Click on your team name at the top of the left-hand side menu

  2. Select team settings in the dropdown menu

  3. Go to connectors, located in the left sidebar

  4. Go to the Zendesk card and click on the connect button and follow the on-screen instructions

  5. All your feedback will appear under the user feedback tab

How to disconnect:

  1. Click on your team name at the top of the left-hand side menu

  2. Select team settings in the dropdown menu

  3. Go to connectors, located in the left sidebar

  4. Go to the Zendesk card and click on the disconnect button and follow the on-screen instructions
