How to create contexts
Learn how to create Contexts in Revo. Set titles, descriptions, and instructions to guide how Revo behaves and responds for each specific workflow or task.
Contexts let you define how Revo should behave in specific situations, like writing PRDs, analyzing feedback, or summarizing meetings. Creating a new context ensures Revo adapts to your workflow with the right tone, focus, and knowledge.
Steps to Create a Context
Go to the Contexts tab in the left side menu

Click "New Context" at the top right of the screen

Fill out the title, description, and most importantly, the instruction field where you'll explicitly tell Revo how to act in this particular context

Best Practices
Be clear and explicit about the goal of the context.
Define the intended audience (e.g., product/design/engineering).
Include structural guidance (e.g., PRD format, report outline).
Point to relevant data sources if needed (e.g., “Use feedback in the ‘Onboarding 2025’ folder”).
