Salesforce

The Salesforce connector imports customer data and feedback from your CRM into Revo. This integration ensures product decisions are informed by real customer insights captured by your sales and support teams.

How to connect:

  1. Click on your team name at the top of the left-hand side menu

  2. Select team settings in the dropdown menu

  3. Go to connectors, located in the left sidebar

  4. Go to the Salesforce card and click on the connect button and follow the on-screen instructions

  5. All your feedback will appear under the user feedback tab

How to disconnect:

  1. Click on your team name at the top of the left-hand side menu

  2. Select team settings in the dropdown menu

  3. Go to connectors, located in the left sidebar

  4. Go to the Salesforce card and click on the disconnect button and follow the on-screen instructions
