Documents

Documents are structured content (e.g., specifications, research, planning docs, OKRs, best practices) created or imported into Revo.

Why are documents important?

Documents form part of the knowledge base that Revo uses to provide answers and generate context-aware insights. This gives Revo all the context it needs to better understand your company, needs, and way of working.

How to create/import documents

Creating and importing documents in Revo is straightforward. Simply copy-paste into a new doc manually or use the connectors to sync existing docs. You'll soon be able to upload PDFs.

Organize documents in folders for easy access.

To ask Revo to retrieve information from a specific folder, use clear instructions. Example: @Revo, provide me with the list of user personas from the "User Persona 2024" folder.

Create a Document

  1. Click on Documents in the left sidebar

  2. Click on the New document button, located at the top right of your screen

  3. Provide a title for your document and begin creating its content. You can also use rich text formatting in the description

  4. Once you are done, click on the close icon (>>). The document you created will be saved automatically

How to import documents using the Notion/Confluence connector

  1. Click on your team name at the top left of your screen

  2. Click on team settings in the dropdown

  3. Click on connectors

  4. Click on the connect button within the Notion/Confluence card, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the integration process. Select the pages you want to connect to Revo

  5. All the selected Notion/Confluence pages will now appear in the documents tab in Revo
