Switch Teams
Switch between teams in Revo with ease. Navigate across workspaces from the sidebar dropdown to manage multiple teams and projects seamlessly.
If you belong to multiple workspaces in Revo, the Switch Teams feature lets you move seamlessly between them. This is especially useful if you collaborate with different organizations, departments, or projects under separate Revo workspaces.
Why Switch Teams?
Seamless collaboration – work across multiple organizations without logging out.
Keep work separate – maintain distinct contexts, projects, and data for each team.
Stay organized – avoid mixing issues, documents, and feedback from different teams.
To switch between teams:
Click on your team title at the top of the left sidebar
Go to Switch team in the dropdown menu
Select your desired team from the list
Once selected, your entire workspace view will update to reflect that team’s issues, projects, feedback, documents, and settings.
Best Practices
Name your teams clearly to avoid confusion when switching.
Keep personal and client work in separate teams for cleaner organization.
Double-check you’re in the right team before creating new issues or projects.
