Use Labels To Categorize And Organize User Feedback

Use labels in Revo to categorize and organize user feedback. Create custom tags in settings to filter, prioritize, and manage customer insights with ease.

You can manually add specific labels in the Labels tab in Settings to better organize your user feedback. It is important to use labels for properly organizing feedback.

How to add labels to user feedback:

  1. Click on your team name at the top of the left-hand side menu

  2. Select team settings in the dropdown menu

  3. Go to labels, located in the left sidebar

  4. Go to the user feedback tab

  5. Start adding the labels

  6. You can now go back to user feedback and use your newly added labels
