Labels in Revo provide a simple but powerful way to organize, classify, and group your work. They can be applied to issues, meetings, and user feedback, making it much easier to filter, search, and prioritize the information that matters most.

Why Use Labels?

  • Organize work clearly – categorize tasks, tickets, meetings, and feedback.

  • Improve searchability – quickly find related items with a single filter.

  • Prioritize effectively – highlight urgent issues or key customer requests.

  • Collaborate better – keep your team aligned with consistent labeling.

How to create labels:

  1. Go to team settings by clicking on the name of your team at the top of the left side menu, then click on team settings

  2. Click on labels on the left side menu

  3. You can add labels for your issues, user feedback, and/or meetings

You can create as many labels as you need and apply them consistently across your workspace.

Best Practices

  • Use clear, descriptive names (e.g., “Mobile Bugs,” “Onboarding Requests,” “High Priority”).

  • Keep your label list organized by reviewing and cleaning it periodically.

  • Encourage your team to use labels consistently so nothing slips through the cracks.
