Chatting with Revo

Revo is your AI collaborator, ready to help anytime—whether you're brainstorming, reviewing feedback, writing specs, tracking tasks, or making decisions.

Revo is always just one click away. You can chat with it directly in the app by clicking the Ask Revo button, or interact contextually under specific Issues, Meetings, and User Feedback threads.

When you log in on Revo, you can simply say “Hey” (Hi / Hello and other salutations also work!), and it will pull in anything you missed over the past days - meeting context, PRDs, OKRs, tickets - so you can quickly spot anything that needs your attention.

Types of questions you can ask Revo

You can ask Revo anything related to:

  • Your company or product

  • Team updates and planning

  • Docs, issues, and feedback

  • Meeting transcripts and summaries

  • Insights and workflows

There’s no limit to the types of questions you can ask—Revo is designed to adapt to your workflows. Whether you’re exploring strategy or digging into details, it’s always ready to help.

Where to chat with Revo in the app

You can interact with Revo in multiple locations across the platform:

1. Main Chat Button ("Ask Revo")

  • Located in the lower-left corner of your screen

  • Opens a full-screen or sidebar chat window

  • Lets you switch Contexts mid-conversation to tailor Revo’s behavior and knowledge

Here are some typical ways teams interact with Revo:

  • @Revo what are the most common user complaints this week?

  • @Revo prepare a QBR summary based on this quarter’s feedback and launches.

  • @Revo how are we tracking on our Q2 OKRs?

  • @Revo what’s the adoption rate of Feature X since launch?

  • @Revo compare our pricing page with Competitor Y and suggest improvements.

2. Under Each Issue

  • Open any issue and scroll to the comment section

  • Use the chat input to ask Revo questions, get a summary, suggest next steps, or analyze the root cause

Here are some typical ways teams interact with Revo:

  • @Revo summarize this issue and give me next steps.

  • @Revo suggest how to scope this down to an MVP.

  • @Revo is this similar to any other open tickets in this sprint?

  • @Revo generate a test plan based on this issue.

  • @Revo assign this to the right person and suggest a due date.

3. Inside a Meeting Record

  • Go to the Meetings tab and open any past meeting

  • Scroll to the discussion thread at the bottom

  • Ask Revo to clarify points, draft follow-up emails, or explain action items

Here are some typical ways teams interact with Revo:

  • @Revo turn this meeting into a status update for the exec team.

  • @Revo draft a follow-up email with the key decisions from this call.

  • @Revo create issues for all action items mentioned.

  • @Revo what did Sarah say about our onboarding strategy?

  • @Revo summarize what we decided about Feature Z.

4. Under User Feedback Threads

  • Open any feedback entry

  • Use the thread to ask Revo to summarize the feedback, link it to an existing issue, or generate a report based on recurring themes

Using contexts in chat

While chatting with Revo, you can use the feature to switch between different working modes—like Product Strategy, Data Analysis, or Support Insights—without losing your thread. Just select the relevant context from the dropdown at the top of the chat panel.
