Microsoft Teams

Integrate Revo with Microsoft Teams to collaborate directly in your team's communication hub. This connector allows you to interact with Revo without leaving your workspace, making it easy to create tickets, get updates, and summarize conversations where your team already works.

How to connect:

  1. Click on your team name at the top of the left-hand side menu

  2. Select team settings in the dropdown menu

  3. Go to connectors, located in the left sidebar

  4. Go to the Microsoft Teams card and click on the connect button and follow the on-screen instructions

  5. You can choose which channels Revo should be invited to. If you want to add Revo to a channel later, just mention @revo and accept the invitation prompt

  6. You can now go back to Microsoft Teams and simply @revo and start chatting

Revo can only access channels it has been explicitly invited to. It won't join private channels unless you invite it, and it cannot be added to direct messages.

How to disconnect:

  1. Click on your team name at the top of the left-hand side menu

  2. Select team settings in the dropdown menu

  3. Go to connectors, located in the left sidebar

  4. Go to the Microsoft Teams card and click on the disconnect button and follow the on-screen instructions
