  1. Issues, Projects, and Cycles

Overview

Revo includes powerful project management capabilities designed to keep your team focused, aligned, and moving forward. You can structure your work using Projects, which represent larger initiatives or product goals, and Issues, which capture individual tasks, bugs, ideas, or feature requests tied to those projects.

Group related Issues under a Project to give your work structure and direction. Assign Issues to team members, set due dates, define priorities, and track progress over time.

Use Projects to manage sprint cycles, backlog grooming, or long-term product roadmaps. Revo helps you stay on top of everything by surfacing blockers, suggesting next steps, and even generating summaries of sprint progress.

Whether you're running Agile sprints or managing complex initiatives, Revo ensures your entire team has visibility into what's happening, what's next, and who's responsible—without needing yet another tool.

How are issues, projects, and cycles useful?

  • Organize and assign work

  • Track progress clearly

  • Align teams around initiatives

  • Track status and velocity
